Shipping Information

Please allow up to 48hrs for processing of all web orders once received. All orders will only be charged once they have been finalized and ready to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped and an accurate cost for shipping has been determined and will be added to your order total to reflect an exact shipping cost. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be proccesed and shipped no later than the following Monday, unless the particular item is currently not in stock, which at that time you will be notified immediately via E-mail and when next we'll be able to ship that item. In the event of delayed deliver due to incorrect shipping information, an additional shipping charge will be applied to the initial cost.

FREE Shipping

FREE Shipping offer for Australian orders that are over $200.00 will receive free shipping. In the Event an order must be shipped in 2 seperate shipments then the Free Shipping will only apply to the first order shipped and an exact Shipping charge will be incured to cover the cost of shipping for the second shipment.

Back Orders

An Item that is Back ordered means that it is currently out of stock and you'll be notified via E-mail. If a back ordered item is ordered along with items that are currently in stock, we will contact you via E-mail pending your decision to ship the orders seperately or wait to have them shipped all at the same time. You will be informed of any shipping delay over 30 days. Back orders can be cancelled at any given time upon receipt of notice.

Damaged Packages

Any damaged packages received must be filed with the delivery carrier. Please contact us as well so we can assist.
